NÓRA Nagy-Baranyi, DR.

Founder & Lead Attorney

Dr. Nagy-Baranyi is an attorney and CIPP/E certified privacy specialist with over ten years of experience supporting domestic and international clients in the technology, e-commerce, media, transportation, and telecommunications sectors. She has in-depth knowledge of EU and Hungarian digital regulations – including DSA, GDPR, NIS2, and consumer protection provisions – and is well-versed in commercial, IT, and IP law.

She founded her own law firm in 2016, which provides legal advisory to subsidiaries of international corporate groups in Hungary and domestic companies. Previously, she worked at international law firms. She obtained her law degree from Eötvös Loránd University and her postgraduate qualification from Queen Mary University of London.

Her current main professional interests are ESG and artificial intelligence regulation. In her free time, she is passionate about mountaineering and hiking, which she prefers to pursue in high-altitude environments.
